Founded by Courtney Carolina, B2TR rehabilitates and re-homes dogs that are sick, neglected, abused, or injured. Additionally, they offer safe shelter for dogs whose owners have faced challenges caring for them.

Holly's passion for making a difference extends to those facing Alzheimer's disease. In 2022, she generously contributed funds to the Alzheimer's Association, an organization dedicated to eradicating the disease.
